Payment on arrival, cash or by credit/debit card.
1.
To confirm your reservation you must make a down payment of 10% of the total, either by bank transfer or by using Paypal. In case of a cancellation the down payment will be forfeited to the owners and it won't be possible to use it for a new reservation.
2.
Check-in from 15,30 p.m. to 18,30 p.m. Check-out from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. (for special requests, in case of arrival or departure at different times, please let us know beforehand).
3.
For children a bassinet is available free of charge up to age of 3 years.
4.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. It is only permitted outside, in the garden, the hanging garden and in the foyer in front of the living room.

It is not possible to bring animals to the facility.
6.
The facility is not accessible for disabled people.
